Refund policy

At Jacked Javelin, we want every athlete to feel confident in their purchase. If you are not fully satisfied with your product, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund or replacement.

Return Process

  • All returns must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your order.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • Please print your own shipping label and send the product back to us at the return address provided after your request.

  • Items must be returned in their original condition, with no excessive wear or damage, to qualify for a refund or replacement.

Refunds & Replacements

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your request.

  • If approved, you will receive either:

    • A refund for the product cost (minus shipping fees).

    • Or a replacement with the desired product (customer covers return shipping, we cover outbound shipping for the replacement).

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Exclusions

  • Items returned after 30 days of delivery are not eligible for refund or replacement.

  • Clearance, final sale, or heavily discounted items may not be eligible for return.
